Hernan Cerdeiro spoke to PRODU about his recent addition to the team of Conill, as executive creative director after one year of working at LatinWorks. “Saatchi is a network of creative heritage that I think anyone who likes good ideas would see it as a positive change,” Cerdeiro said. “The challenge this time is to always raise the creative level and make the Conill brand to stand among the best. From here, my goal is to do what I have to do to make my mark in the history of Conill”. In this new role, Cerdeiro will provide creative leadership to the Miami office, and will report directly to the creative general director of Conill, Javier Campopiano. There has never been such a clear common goal like Pablo Del Campo, Javier Campopiano and me have. We all are super aligned on what we want for the agency and for customers,” he said. Regarding LatinWorks, Cerdeiro was pleased by the experience, and he said that the reason for his departure is due to a purely personal matter. “I’ve made very good friends, I left on very good terms. I am grateful to Sergio and the whole team. The experience itself was very good. I felt that was an agency where everyone is going in the same direction, very clear on the goal they had,” he said.
